Deadline for Advertising:
Space reservation by the 1st of the month prior to the month
of insertion. Camera-ready art must be received by the 5th
for the following month's insertion. |

Billing: Payment is
due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts not paid within
30 days
are subject to one and one-half percent late payment finance
charge. Any account outstanding 60 days from billing date
may result in interruption of scheduled advertising. Payment
in advance may be requested for first-time advertisers
and
advertisers without approved credit. |

Credit:
All new advertisers must complete a credit application.
Memphis Downtowner Magazine advertising, rates
are determined by the frequency of the ads. If an advertiser
does not fulfill the contract, the applicable retroactive
rate will be applied. Rate and frequency ordered are protected
within the parameters of Memphis Downtowner Magazine
contract. |
